Hi, I’m Baba Jaiteh, a creator who believes that design is a dialogue between people and possibility.
I started my journey as an entrepreneur with a deep curiosity for how ideas come alive, not just as products, but as stories people can feel. My work blends business insight, human-centred design, and visual storytelling to build experiences that are meaningful, intuitive, and scalable.
Whether I’m prototyping a new app, designing a brand system, or mentoring a startup team, my goal is simple: to turn complex ideas into human-centred stories that work.

- 1 2020 - now Founder & Creative Director Gisqo I am the Founder and Creative Director of Gisqo, a digital marketing agency based in The Gambia. I lead a team that helps businesses grow through strategic branding, creative storytelling, and human-centred digital design, turning ideas into meaningful digital experiences.
- 2 2025 - now Founder & Lead Graphics Designer Ink House I am the Founder and Lead Graphic Designer of Ink House, a branding and printing company that helps businesses stand out through clean, impactful visual identity and high-quality print solutions. We turn ideas into polished designs and tangible brand experiences.
- 3 2018 - 2020 Visual Storyteller Constitutional Review Commission (CRC) Gambia I served as the Visual Storyteller for CRC, collaborating with the media team to design and produce their monthly newsletters. My role focused on transforming updates, reports, and community highlights into clear, engaging visual stories that connected the organisation with its audience.
Education
- 4 2025 - now MSc. User Experience Design Kingston University London I am currently pursuing an MSc in User Experience Design at Kingston University London, where I’m developing advanced skills in UX research, interaction design, usability evaluation, and human-centred innovation. My studies focus on designing meaningful digital experiences grounded in psychology, accessibility, and real user behaviour.
- 5 2016 - 2020 BSc. Computer Science & Information Technology American International University - West Africa I completed my BSc in Computer Science and Information Technology at American International University–West Africa, where I built a strong foundation in software development, systems management, and digital problem-solving. My studies strengthened my analytical thinking and sparked my interest in design, technology, and innovation.
- 6 2012 - 2014 Gambia Technical Training Institute Dip. Electronics Engineering I earned a Diploma in Electronic Engineering at GTTI, gaining hands-on experience with electrical systems, circuits, and technical problem-solving.
